Pole Fitness

Pole fitness syllabus has been designed for dance or fitness instructors who have experience in pole fitness. Pole fitness is a great way to build significant strength, flexibility, upper body strength and core strength. This syllabus is a fun form of dance and fitness in one and has been created not to discriminate younger candidates to participate in that may already do acrobatic/gymnastics and would like to combined the two to improve strength and flexibility.  

This syllabus is available to all, not just adults. Pole fitness is a combination of dance, acrobatics, spins, upside down moves, inverts and grips.
