Those from other countries to be responsible for compliance to their own laws regarding tax and local laws. Copying or sharing any written material, dvd’s/cd’s, books, syllabuses and anything else belonging to GPEC is not permitted under any circumstances and copyright is placed on this material. No photographs or images are permitted to be downloaded or reproduced that belong to GPEC for personal or business purposes. Global Performing Educational Curriculum (GPEC) does not accept any responsibility for any other website or information not under our control which may be connected to us via portal or link etc. Including not being liable for any events not under GPEC’S organisation. Therefore, GPEC is not liable for those events, including any outside advertising. 

 

GPEC can refuse to supply goods/services at its own discretion. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Global Performing Educational Curriculum (GPEC) reserves the right to change/refund or delete any adverts not adhering to our specific rules where it may harm GPEC’S name in any way. GPEC is an independent company and independent organisation any advertisement of any discrimination or any other business that is not GPECS’S directly is not GPEC’S liability. 

 

Any complaints and disputes will be heard by GPEC directly with normal complaint procedures and any that cannot be resolved will be dealt with in the courts of England and Wales under English Law. 

 

If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be excluded and shall not affect the validity and enforce ability of the remaining terms and conditions. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds and returns policy lasts for 14 days only.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in re-saleable condition and it must be in the original packaging.
